The reference interest rate will be rounded to the first decimal place. + defined rate: 2.5%. + Interest rate determination date: is the 5th working day before the interest calculation period start date of each interest payment period.

When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP dated 05/6/2026, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
