VSDC will withdraw all deposited SPJ12102 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SPJ12102 bonds from investors' accounts on 28/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
