Interest rate:

Bonds have a fixed interest rate combined with a floating interest rate. Specifically: The interest rate is determined and adjusted every 3 months. The interest rate applied to the first 2 interest determination periods (first 6 months) is 7.5%/year. The interest rate applied to the following interest determination periods is the floating interest rate and is determined by the Reference Interest Rate + 2.8%/year. The "Reference Interest Rate" used to calculate the interest rate for each interest payment period is the average interest rate of personal savings deposits in VND (interest paid in arrears, at the end of the term) with a term of 12 months (or equivalent) announced on the electronic information page (website) on the interest rate determination date by the Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank and Agribank (each of these banks is called the "Reference Bank"). For clarification, reference rates, if not integers, will be rounded to four decimal places.

From 27/10/2026, bond code MSF12501, ISIN VN0MSF125015 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for MSF12501 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited MSF12501 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited MSF12501 bonds from investors' accounts on 27/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP dated 05/6/2026, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
