The reference base is calculated by the average of the interest rates of regular personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong, interest paid in arrears, term of 12 months, publicly listed on the date of interest rate determination on the official websites of the following 04 banks: BIDV, Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank. For clarification, bond interest rates, if not integers, will be rounded to two decimal places.

From 27/10/2026, bond code EVF12502, ISIN VN0EVF125028 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for EVF12502 bonds.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP dated 05/6/2026, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
