SHR12101: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of the securities registering institution as follows:
From 28/10/2026, bond code SHR12101, ISIN VN0SHR121017 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SHR12101 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited SHR12101 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SHR12101 bonds from investors' accounts on 28/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP dated 05/6/2026, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
