Combination of fixed interest rates and floating interest rates, specifically as follows: (a) For the first 4 interest periods: fixed interest rate 10.5%/year; and (b) For the remaining interest periods: floating interest rate and equal to the sum of 3.5%/year and the reference interest rate. In particular, "Interest period" means each period lasts 3 consecutive months from the issuance date until the maturity date (or until the date the bond is redeemed before maturity or required to be redeemed). In case a bond is redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period will be calculated from the latest interest payment date until (but not including) the relevant early redemption date. . “Reference interest rate” means the average of savings deposit interest rates applied to individual customers with deferred interest, 12-month term (or equivalent) in Vietnam Dong invested by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development announced on or about 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) of the date of determination determine the interest rate of the relevant interest period on the website of the relevant bank. To clarify, the reference interest rate will be determined according to the relevant regulations in the Depository Agent Contract between Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company and Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company. “Interest rate determination date” for each interest period after the first 4 interest periods is the 11th working day before the first day of that interest period.

From 27/10/2026, bond code SBT12302, ISIN VN0SBT123025 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SBT12302 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited SBT12302 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SBT12302 bonds from investors' accounts on 27/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
