USC: Adjustment of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.447/2022/KSXD-TK dated 19th October 2022 of Union of Survey and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: USC), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time of USC shares (record date: 5th October 2022) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.2736/TB-VSD dated 7th September 2022 by VSD:
Payment time: 20th October 2022
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 31st October 2022
- Reason: The company is focus capital on executing large projects to ensure the handover schedule and avoid contract penalties. On the other hand, the Company is completing the tax refund dossiers for the implemented ODA projects estimated at VND 35 billion. Therefore, the transfer of money for dividend payment cannot be made.
This notice is for DMs' information to investors who have deposited above shares at DMs.
