Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 1.09%/share (109 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 23/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:
For shareholders who are employees at units of the company: shareholders will receive dividend at the respective units on working days from 23/10/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
For other shareholders: shareholders will receive dividend at Union of Survey and Construction Joint Stock Company (91 Phung Hung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) on working days from 23/10/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
