UDC: Cancellation of the shareholder list for right issue

Pursuant to Document No. 169/UDCons dated 14/09/2026, from UDCons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: UDC) regarding the cancellation of the list of securities holders for the right to attend 2026 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch hereby announces the following:
Cancellation of the list of securities holders for the right to attend 2026 Annual General Meeting (record date: 18/05/2026), as previously announced in Hochiminh branch’s Notice No. 854/TB-CNVSDC dated 28/04/2026.
Reason for cancellation: At the request of UDCons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
Cancellation of the list of securities holders for the right to attend 2026 Annual General Meeting (record date: 18/05/2026), as previously announced in Hochiminh branch’s Notice No. 854/TB-CNVSDC dated 28/04/2026.
