Example: Shareholder A holds 456 shares, corresponding to 456 rights to purchase new shares; with an exercise ratio of 100:20, Shareholder A is entitled to purchase (456:100) x 20 = 91,2 new shares. Thus, applying the rounding principle, Shareholder A is entitled to purchase 91 shares; the 0.2 fractional share will be aggregated and handled in accordance with the plan for handling fractional and undistributed shares.
