Pursuant to the document no.53/2026/CV-ĐTP dated 27/8/2026 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (bonds code: DPJ12202) on change of the interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12202 bonds as follows:

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation is currently facing restrictions on cash flow usage due to a force majeure event. Additionally, the Company is in the process of executing project transfer procedures—following a Bondholders' Resolution—to prepare for the upcoming payment; consequently, it is unable to settle the overdue interest payments as previously announced.
During this period of delayed payment, Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation shall be fully responsible for any penalty interest arising from the delay, in accordance with the provisions of the Information Disclosure document. In case Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension time.
