TCO42501: Cancellation of the List of Bondholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no.037/2026/TB-TCO dated 03/7/2026 of JANUS GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (securities code: TCO42501) regarding cancellation of the list of bondholders for interest payment, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of bondholders for interest payment (record date: 19/6/2026) in accordance with Notice no. 1179/TB-CNVSDC dated 05/6/2026 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: The SRI has not yet arranged sufficient funds. The SRI undertakes to make the bond interest payment directly to bondholders in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
DMs are requested to inform above contents to investors who have deposited TCO42501 bonds.
