SHS: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no.523-2025/CV-SHS dated 14/04/2025 of SaiGon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS) on cancel the last registration date 25/04/2025 to the right issue, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 25/04/2025 to exercise rights to SHS in accordance with Notice no.1266/TB-VSDC dated 25/03/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company approved the suspension of the public offering of additional shares to existing shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
