REC12401: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration for securities registering institution as follows:
From 06/11/2026, bond code REC12401, ISIN VN0REC124012 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for REC12401 bonds.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for the payment of bond principal and interest in accordance with Article 22 of Decree 200/2026/NĐ-CP, managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
