From 06/11/2026, bond code MSB12508, ISIN VN0MSB125084 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for  MSB12508 bonds.  
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for the payment of principal and interest in accordance with Article 22 of Decree 200/2026/ND-CP, managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
