From 06/11/2026, bond code  MSB12404, ISIN VN0MSB124046 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for  MSB12404 bonds.  VSDC will withdraw all MSB12404 bonds deposited on the effective date of cancellation of registration. Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of MSB12404 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 06/11/2026 and notify relevant investors.

When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
