Bonds have a combined interest rate of fixed and floating interest rates, specifically as follows: + For the first interest period: The applied interest rate is fixed at 11%/year; and + For each subsequent interest period: The interest rate is a floating interest rate and is determined by the sum of 4.5%/year and the reference interest rate of that interest period, but in any case the interest rate will not be lower than 10%/year. In which: “Reference interest rate” means the average of the savings deposit interest rates applied to individual customers with a term of 12 months, interest post-paid in Vietnam Dong, published on the websites of the BIDV, Vietcombank, Vietinbank and Agribank (individually referred to as “Reference Bank” and collectively referred to as “Reference Banks”) on the interest determination date. “Interest Determination Date” means the 11 consecutive working days prior to the first day of the next interest period, excluding the first interest period. “Interest Period” means each consecutive 6-month period from the date of issuance inclusive to the maturity date exclusive or the date on which the bonds are fully redeemed.
