Bonds have an interest rate of a combination of fixed interest rate and floating interest rate, specifically as follows: + For the first interest period: The interest rate is applied at a fixed rate of 11%/year; and + For each subsequent interest period: The interest rate is the floating interest rate and is determined by the sum of 4.5%/year and the reference interest rate of that interest period, but in any case the interest rate will not be lower than 10%/year. In which: "Reference interest rate" is equal to the average of the interest rate of saving deposit applicable to individual customers with a term of 12 months, paid at the end of the term in Vietnam Dong, published on the websites of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (hereinafter referred to as "Reference Bank" and collectively referred to as "Reference Banks") on the interest rates determination date. The "Interest Rate Determination Date" is 11 business days immediately preceding the first day of the next interest period, except for the 1st interest period. "Interest period" means each term of 6 consecutive months from and including the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive or the date on which the bonds are fully redeemed before maturity.
