From 22/10/2026, bond code SHB12404, ISIN VN0SHB124043 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SHB12404 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited SHB12404 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SHB12404 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.

When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering organization shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
