Interest rate:

The floating interest rate is determined according to the following formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate plus margin of 3%/year, in which, "Reference interest rate" means the average interest rate on personal savings deposits equal to Vietnam Dong, 12-month term, interest payment at the end of the term is announced on the official electronic information page (website) of 04 Vietnamese commercial banks including: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Commercial Bank Vietnam Investment and Development Bank, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (each of these banks is referred to as a “Reference Bank”) at the date of interest rate determination. In case the website shows multiple locations/areas, priority will be given to interest rates in the area where those reference banks have their headquarters. The reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to four decimal places.

From 22/10/2026, bond code SHB12301, ISIN VN0SHB123011 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SHB12301 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited SHB12301bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SHB12301 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering organization shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
