Interest rate:
The interest rate of the bond is a floating rate and is determined by the following formula: the total of the reference interest rate (as defined below) plus 3%/year. “Interest Period” means each consecutive 12-month period from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In the event that the bond is redeemed before maturity in accordance with the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period for the bonds redeemed before maturity will be calculated from the last day of the most recent interest period to the relevant premature redemption date exclusive. “Premature redemption date” means a business day on which the issuer redeems part or all of the bond pursuant to the premature redemption events specified in the bond conditions. “Reference interest rate” means the average of the saving interest rates applicable to individual customers with a term of 12 months in Vietnam Dong announced by Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, Agribank at or around 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on the interest rate determination date of that interest period. “Interest rate determination date” means, for the first interest period, the 2nd working day before the issue date, and for the remaining interest periods, the 11th working day before the first day of that interest period. “Business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday (including compensatory holidays) in Vietnam as decided by a competent State agency and prescribed by Vietnam laws.

From 22/10/2026, bond code BVC12402, ISIN VN0BVC124027 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BVC12402 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited BVC12402 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited BVC12402 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering organization shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
