From 27/10/2026, bond code HDQ12302, ISIN VN0HDQ123029 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for HDQ12302 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited HDQ12302 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited HDQ12302 bonds from investors' accounts on 27/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP dated 05/6/2026, managing bond information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC.
