- Agenda: Seeking ballots of shareholder regarding approving amend Article 5 of Resolution No. 31/2026/NQ-GMS including the transfer of the land plot at No. 466-468 Nguyen Luong Bang, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City; authorizing the Board of Directors to determine the transfer price, select the partner, decide the timing of contract signing, and execute relevant procedures.
