- Execution rate: 10:1  (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder who owns 11 shares is entitled to receive (11 x 1) : 10 = 1.1 new shares. According to the above principle, shareholder will receive 1 new share, the 0.1 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at FPT Securities JSC
