Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 257 bonds, equivalent to a par value of VND 257,000,000,000.
- Execution rate: 100%
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 1,060,127,671/ bond
+ In which, principal per bond : 1,000,000,000 VND/bond and interest per bond: 60,127,671 VND/bond.
+ The redemption price for each bond is calculated using the formula: 100% of the bond's face value + interest earned from 12/12/2025 inclusive to 14/12/2026 exclusive ( as 12/12/2026 and 13/12/2026 are not business days).
+ Bond interest is calculated using the formula: Interest earned = Total face value of bonds held at the last registration date x 5.98% x Actual number of days for calculating bond interest in that interest payment period / 365;
In which: The actual number of days for calculating bond interest in the interest payment period from 12/12/2025 inclusive to 14/12/2026 exclusive is 367 days;
+ The total bond interest actually received redemption price per bond will be rounded up to the whole number (If the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, it will be rounded up, if the first is less than 5, the fractional part will be removed).
- There is no deadline for registering to sell bonds  back. The issuer will redeem all bonds on the redemption date. Bondholders are obligated to implement procedures for selling bonds back to the issuer. All bonds redeemed will be cancelled.
- Redemption payment date: 14/12/2026 ( as 12/12/2026 and 13/12/2026 are not business days).
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive redemption amount through accounts registered with Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Ha Thanh Branch on 14/12/2026.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 02/12/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
