+ The interest rate applicable for the first 04 interest calculation periods is 11% per annum. + The interest rate applicable for each interest calculation period after the initial 04 interest calculation periods until the maturity date is the sum of the regular savings deposit interest rate applicable to individuals, with a 12-month term, interest paid at the end of the period, as announced by Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank on the relevant interest rate determination date plus a margin of 4% per annum, but in no case lower than 11% per annum. The "interest rate determination date" means, for each interest calculation period after the initial 04 interest calculation periods, the working Saturday immediately preceding the first day of that interest calculation period. The "interest calculation period" means each continuous 03-month period starting from the issuance date until the maturity date (or the date the bonds are repurchased before maturity, whether voluntarily or mandatorily). The "interest payment date" for each interest calculation period means the last day of that interest calculation period, the maturity date, or the date the bonds are repurchased before maturity.

From 03/9/2026, bond code H7912102, ISIN VN0H79121024 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for H7912102 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited H7912102 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited H7912102bonds from investors' accounts on 03/9/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
