- Payment rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to 100 new shares for every 15 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number, fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 106 shares. Therefore, shareholder A will receive an addition of 15.9 shares. According to the Principle of fractional share, the number of shares shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive after rounding down to the whole number is 15 shares. The fractional 0.9 shares in the decimal place will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the headquarters of  AIG Asia Ingredients Corporation, address: AIG building – Lot TH-1B, Street No. 7, Nam Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on weekdays. ID cards/Business Registration Certificate or other documents containing identifying information of the securities owner as prescribed, or a legally valid power of attorney (in case of authorization to receive shares issued as part of the capital increase from equity) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
AIG Asia Ingredients Corporation and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
