Cancelling the securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Camimex Group Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for managing securities information and continuing to exercise the lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with applicable laws after the secuities are deregistered at VSDC.
2. Camimex Group Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier,  documents for cancellation of securities registration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
3. From 30/10/2026, bond code CMX123035, ISIN VNCMX1230355 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for the above bonds. On the effective date of deregistration, VSDC will send MT596 with attached data file notifying securities accounting to relevant DMs. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited bonds from investors' accounts on the effective date of deregistration and inform related investors accordingly.
