Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce issuance of the 1st revised Securities Registration Certificate no.402/2025/GCNTPRL-VSDC-1 dated 20/10/2026 due to the change in the bond conditions and terms as follows:

- Interest: 
+ First year interest rate: 8.75%/year
+ Interest rate from the second year: 11.5%/year
+ Interest rate from the third year:  the interest rate is equal to the reference interest rate of that interest period plus the interest margin of 3%/year. “The “Reference Interest Rate” used to calculate the interest rate for each interest period is the average of the publicly listed interest rates for 12-month (or equivalent) personal saving deposits in Vietnamese Dong (with interest paid in arrears), as published on the website at approximately 11:00 AM (Vietnam time) by Vietcombank, BIDV, VietinBank, and Agribank (each referred to as a “Reference Bank”)'   on the interest rate determination date for that period.

+ First year interest rate: Fixed at 8.75%/year.
+ Interest rate from the second year: Interest rate equals the Reference Interest rate of that interest calculation period plus a rate of 3%/year and the "Reference Interest Rate" used to calculate interest for each interest calculation period is the average interest rate of personal saving deposits in VND (paid in arrears) with a term of 12 months (or equivalent) publicly listed on the website announced at about 11:00 am (Vietnam time) of the day of determining the interest rate of that interest calculation period by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (each of these banks is called a "Reference Bank").)
