Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce issuance of the 1st revised Securities Registration Certificate no.456/2024/GCNTPRL-VSDC-1 dated 23/9/2026 due to the change in the bond conditions and terms as follows:

- Interest rate:
+ Interest rate applied for the first interest period: 10%/year;
+ Interest rate applied for the following interest calculation periods: determined by the average interest rate of individual saving deposits in Vietnam Dong, paid in arrears, term of 12 months ("Reference interest rate") announced at 4 banks including: Vietcombank (Transaction Office), BIDV (Transaction Office), Vietinbank (Hanoi Branch), Agribank (Transaction Office), (referred to separately as "Reference Bank" and collectively as "Reference Banks") on the date of determining the interest rate of the interest calculation period plus 4%/year but not lower than 13.6%/year.
