2. Details:
a. For in-the-money covered warrants:
- Finalizing the list of covered warrant holders: VSDC shall finalize the list of covered warrant holders on the record date mentioned above. The list of holders will be sent to Depository Members (DMs) in electronic format on the business day immediately following the Record Date.
- Confirming the list of covered warrant holders: DMs shall reconcile the information in the covered warrant holder list prepared by VSDC and confirm the list.
+ Confirmation deadline: By 11:00 AM, 01/12/2026
+ In case of errors: DMs shall send a written notice to VSDC specifying the errors or discrepancies and coordinate with VSDC to make adjustments.
+ If a DM fails to send confirmation by the deadline above, VSDC shall deem the list accurate, and DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- Settlement: Covered warrant holders shall complete procedures to receive settlement amount at the DMs where their depository accounts are opened.
b) For out-of-the-money covered warrants: VSDC will not finalize the list of warrant holders.
3. Responsibility of Depository Members: DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above covered warrants at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
On the record date, VSDC shall automatically release any blocked covered warrants (if applicable).
