"Reference interest rate" for each interest rate adjustment period after the first 02 interest rate adjustment periods is the interest rate on personal savings deposits (normally) in Vietnam Dong, interest paid at the end of the period, 12-month term publicly listed by Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank at the interest rate determination date of the corresponding interest rate adjustment period.

From 14/10/2026, bond code HPN12101, ISIN VN0HPN121014 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for HPN12101 bonds. 
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for paying bond interest and principal in accordance with Article 22 of Decree No. 200/2026/ND-CP, managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
