TMS12302: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce bond deregistration for securities registering institution as follows:
From 12/10/2026, bond code TMS12302, ISIN VN0TMS123022 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for TMS12302 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited TMS12302 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited TMS12302 bonds from investors' accounts on 12/10/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
