From September 10 to 15, 2026, Ms. Ta Thanh Binh, Member of the Board of Members and Chief Executive Officer of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), joined the delegation led by senior officials of the Ministry of Finance to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Austria. The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Ms. Vu Thi Chan Phuong, Chairwoman of the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam (SSC), with the participation of representatives from units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance, the SSC, the Stock Exchanges, VSDC, and leading Vietnamese enterprises. The working program was carried out to promote international financial cooperation, strengthen connection with international financial centers, and attract long-term, high-quality investment capital to the Vietnamese market. As part of the program, the delegation participated in investment promotion, dialogue, and investment connectivity activities in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Austria, focusing on introducing the potential, development orientations, and reforms of Viet Nam’s capital market in the new period.
