+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company (VPBankS - 21st and 25th floors, VPBank Tower, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi) on working days of the week starting from the payment date of 25/05/2026. ID cards have to be presented. Specific procedures are in accordance with VPBankS's instructions.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
