Pursuant to the document no. 308/CN&MTĐT dated 10/05/2024 of Dong Thap Water Supply & Urban Environment Joint – Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 02/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 679/TB-CNVSDC dated 15/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: DWS operates in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law and the Company's Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 02/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 679/TB-CNVSDC dated 15/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
