+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Saigon VRG Investment Corporation from 11/12/2026 in the form of bank transfer or cash after deducting personal income tax.
Note: In case of receiving cash at Saigon VRG Investment Corporation at 106 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan Ward, Room 608A, 6th Floor, Center Point Building (on working days from Monday to Friday) from 11/12/2026. ID cards/passbooks have to be presented.
b. Postal ballots

- Execution time: 12/2026 tentatively after the shareholder list is finalized (the specific time will be stated in the postal ballot).
- Execution venue: Office of Sai Gon VRG Investment Corporation - Centre Point Building – No. 106 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Contents: issues within the authority of the General Meeting via postal ballot as prescribed by applicable laws and the Company's Charter 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
Sai Gon VRG Investment Corporation and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
