- Execution rate: 50:3 (shareholders are entitled to receive 50 new shares for every 3 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares:: The number of shares to be distributed to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Any fractional shares (if applicable) will be cancelled.
Example: As of the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A holds 563 shares. The number of additional shares to be received by Mr. Nguyen Van A is (563 x 3)/50 = 33.78 shares. After rounding down to the nearest whole number, Mr. Nguyen Van A will receive 33 additional shares; the 0.78 fractional share will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the stock dividend at the office of Vietnam Eco-Plastics Joint Stock Company (Manufacturing Plant Branch – Tan Quang Industrial Zone, Nhu Quynh Commune, Hung Yen Province) during regular business days. ID Cards/Passports and Share Ownership Certificates have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
