1. NATIONAL PHYTOPHARMA JOINT STOCK COMPANY applied for share registration and was provided with securities code as follows:

Shares of NATIONAL PHYTOPHARMA JOINT STOCK COMPANY are centrally registered at VSDC according to the provisions of the Securities Law. Registration of shares at VSDC does not imply that shares of NATIONAL PHYTOPHARMA JOINT STOCK COMPANY are eligible for being listed, registered for trading on the Stock Exchange.
2. NATIONAL PHYTOPHARMA JOINT STOCK COMPANY and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents to register shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
3. From the date of share registration at VSDC, NATIONAL PHYTOPHARMA JOINT STOCK COMPANY is responsible for:
3.1. Strictly complying with regulations concerning registration and rights execution activities as set forth in VSDC’s Guideline on Securities Registration and Transfer of Ownership and Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders  (published on the website http://www.vsdc.vn under the "Legal Documents" section), as well as the terms stipulated in the service provision contract between the two parties.
3.2. Notifying VSDC of the securities trading venue—in accordance with VSDC’s Guideline on securities registration and Transfer of Ownerships—no later than five (5) working days prior to the trading date at the Stock Exchange.
3.3. Notifying VSDC of the first trading date for the Company’s shares (as approved by the Stock Exchange) no later than five (5) working days prior to said date, to ensure that data regarding the Company’s shares is available on the trading system by the first trading day.
