- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): For any fractional shares arising (if any) when shareholders exercise their rights, to ensure that the number of shares issued does not exceed the proposed number of shares to be issued, the number of shares received by each existing shareholder shall be rounded down to the whole number, and any fractional shares (if any) shall be cancelled.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 456 shares is entitled to receive (456*6)/100=27.36 shares. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 27 shares and the 0.36 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Agribank Securities Corporation, Level 5, Green Diamond building, no.93 Lang Ha, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da ward, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
