a. Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (5,000 VND per share)

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department, TRANSIMEX CORPORATION, Level 10, Transimex Building, No. 172 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Hochiminh City on working days from 09/10/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
b. Payment of 2025 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:7 (Shareholders are entitled to 7new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
 For example: on the record date, a shareholder who owns 110 shares is entitled to receive (110 x 7) /100 = 7.7 shares. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 7 shares and the 0.7 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department, TRANSIMEX CORPORATION, Level 10, Transimex Building, No. 172 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Hochiminh City on working days from 23/10/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
