Bonds have a combined interest rate, specifically as follows: + For the first 02 interest calculation periods: The applied interest rate is fixed at 11%/year; and + For each subsequent interest calculation period: The interest rate is a floating interest rate with an interest rate equal to the sum of 4.5%/year and the reference interest rate of that interest calculation period, but in any case the interest rate will not be lower than 11%/year. In which: The reference interest rate applied for each interest calculation period (after the end of the first 02 interest calculation periods) is equal to the average saving deposit interest rate applied to individual customers with a term of 12 months, interest paid in VND, published on the websites of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (individually referred to as "Reference Bank" and collectively referred to as "Reference Banks") on the relevant interest rate determination date. In which: Interest calculation period means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issuance date until the maturity date or early redemption date of the bond.
