- Meeting agenda:  
+ Approval of the Proposal for the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Dong Dan from the position of member of the Board of Directors of the Company for the 2023–2028 term.
+ Approval of amendments and supplements to the Company’s Charter on organization and operation.
+ Other arising issues (if any).
