2. Bonds of Viet Nam Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development are centrally registered at VSDC in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law. Registration of bonds at VSDC does not imply that bonds of Viet Nam Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development are eligible for being listed on the Stock Exchange.

Viet Nam Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents and dossiers for bond registration must be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfullness and completeness of the dossiers; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to those documents as prescribed by prevailing laws.
