+ The interest rate for the first 2 interest periods of the bond is 15%/year and is calculated on the basis of a 365-day year; + The interest rate for the next interest periods is equal to the total of 4.5% and the reference interest rate and is calculated on the basis of a 365-day year. In particular, "Interest period" means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issue date to the maturity date. In case the bonds are redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of the Prospectus, the final interest period for the bonds redeemed before maturity will be calculated from the last day of the latest interest period inclusive to the date on which the bond is redeemed before the relevant maturity date exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the average of savings deposit interest rates applicable to individual customers, with 12-month term (or equivalent) in Dong announced by BIDV, Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank on the banks' websites on or shortly before 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) of the interest rate determination date of that interest period. “Interest rate determination date” for the first 2 interest calculation periods is the 20th working day immediately preceding the issue date; and, for each interest period after the first 2 interest periods, the 10th business day before the first day of that interest period.

2. From the effective date of the deregistration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Vingroup Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for managing information on the securities and their holders after the securities have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
3. Vingroup Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents in accordance with prevailing laws.
4. From 14/9/2026, bond code VIC123029, ISIN VNVIC1230290 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VIC123029 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited VIC123029 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VIC123029 bonds from investors' accounts on deregisteration and inform related investors accordingly.
