- Execution rate: Redemption of all bonds from bondholders 
- Redemption price per OCB12522 bond: Bond par value + Bond interest from 02/10/2025 inclusive to 02/10/2026 exclusive = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000 x 6.3% x 365 (days)/365 (days)) = VND 1,063,000,000.
+ The total amount actually received by each bondholder will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then the fractional part is removed).
- Redemption payment date: 02/10/2026.
- Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank will exercise its right to redeem all bonds prior to maturity on the redemption date of 02/10/2026. Bondholders are required to sell all their bonds back to the securities registering institution. 
- Execution place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond interest and principal procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will submit a resale dossier—including the original bond ownership certificate—to the following address: Market Operations and Investment Department, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB), 6th Floor, The Hallmark Building, No. 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Submission deadline: No later than 17:00 on 29/09/2026. Bondholders will receive the proceeds on 02/10/2026, via transfer to the account registered with Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 21/09/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
