+ First year interest rate (fixed interest rate): 7.9%/year. + Interest rate from the second year (floating interest rate): Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 2.5%/year. + Reference interest rate is the average interest rate of individual saving deposits at the counter in Vietnam Dong, term of 12 months (or equivalent), interest paid at the end of the term, announced on the official websites of four Vietnam commercial banks: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV and Agribank (each of these banks is called "Reference Bank") on the date of interest rate determination. In case the website shows multiple locations/areas, priority is given to the interest rate in the area where the Reference Banks' headquarters are located. + The interest rate determination date for the following interest periods from the 2nd year is the 7th working day before the first day of each interest period and is announced on the BVBank website within 2 working days from the interest rate determination date. + For clarification, interest rate figures will be rounded according to the following principles: · Reference interest rate will be rounded to 2 decimal places (if any). The principle of rounding to 2 decimal places is as follows: If the 3rd decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, the number is rounded up, if the 3rd decimal place is less than 5, the number is rounded down.

The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank shall be responsible for managing information on the securities and their holders after the securities have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
2. Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of securities deregistration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
3. From 10/9/2026, the securities code BVB124020 and ISIN VNBVB1240205 assigned by VSDC will cease to be valid, and VSDC will no longer provide registration, depository, or clearing and settlement services for these securities. On the effective date of securities deregistration, VSDC will send an MT596 business message along with a data file notifying the accounting of securities to the relevant DMs. DMs are requested to process the withdrawal accounting of deposited securities in the investors’ accounts on the effective date of deregistration and to notify the relevant investors.
