- Planned meeting time: in August 2026.
- Meeting venue: the Company's head office, 170E Phan Dang Luu, Duc Nhuan Ward, Hochiminh City.
- Meeting agenda: approval of the plan for redeeming shares of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company in accordance with the Securities Law on Securities and other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
