Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Share issuance for raising share capital from accumulated after-tax profits up to 2025
- Execution rate: 100:18  (shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 18 new shares) 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued is rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A owning 2,026 shares is entitled to receive (2,026/100)*18= 364.68 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A receives 364 shares, and the 0.68 fractional shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at A An Food Joint Stock Company, Level 14, Diamond Flower building, no.48 Le Van Luong road, N1 new urban area, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi
2. Receipt of additional shares to increase share capital from owner's equity 
- Execution rate: 100:23  (shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 23 new shares) 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued is rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A owning 2,026 shares is entitled to receive (2,026/100)*23= 465.98 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A receives 465 shares, and the 0.98 fractional shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at A An Food Joint Stock Company, Level 14, Diamond Flower building, no.48 Le Van Luong road, N1 new urban area, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
