On the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and in implementation of the Plan for Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh's Ideology, Morality, and Style in 2026, on the afternoon of May 19, 2026, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) organized a thematic discussion on the topic "Promoting Ho Chi Minh's Legacy in the New Era of the Nation". The VSDC Party Committee invited Associate Professor, Dr. Lam Quoc Tuan, Director of the Institute of Party Building, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, to participate and directly discuss the topic. Associate Professor, Dr. Lam Quoc Tuan is a researcher and lecturer with extensive experience in the fields of Party building, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, and political and theoretical work.
